1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a taxi, tempo traveller, or tour package with Vinayak Tour & Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or through our website booking forms.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via phone call or WhatsApp message.
2.2 Booking Information
You must provide accurate information including:
- Pickup and drop locations
- Date and time of travel
- Number of passengers
- Contact number for confirmation
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
- Payment can be made in cash or through digital payment methods (UPI, bank transfer).
- Advance payment may be required for certain bookings, especially for outstation trips and multi-day packages.
- Full payment is due at the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
- Additional charges may apply for extra kilometers, waiting time, tolls, parking, and driver accommodation (for outstation trips).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
- 24 hours or more before journey: Full refund (if advance paid) or no charges.
- 12-24 hours before journey: 50% cancellation charges may apply.
- Less than 12 hours before journey: 100% charges may apply.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4.2 Cancellation by Vinayak Tour & Travels
- In case of cancellation by us due to unavoidable circumstances, full refund will be provided.
- We will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle or reschedule the booking.
5. Service Terms
5.1 Vehicle and Driver
- All vehicles are well-maintained and insured.
- Drivers are licensed, experienced, and professional.
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar category if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
5.2 Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
6. Outstation and Tour Packages
- For outstation trips, driver accommodation charges may apply if the trip extends beyond one day.
- Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes are additional and payable by the customer.
- Tour packages include transportation only unless specifically mentioned. Accommodation and meals are separate unless included in the package.
- Route changes during the journey may result in additional charges.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Vinayak Tour & Travels is insured for third-party liability as per Indian Motor Vehicle Act.
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to passenger belongings.
- Passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance for valuable items.
8. Force Majeure
Vinayak Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
10. Changes to Terms
Vinayak Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
